LFM Series Optical Holders for 60 mm Cage Cubes

The LFM series mounts are optimized for securely installing various types of optics—such as dichroic mirrors, beamsplitters, and ND filters—within 60 mm cage cube systems. When paired with the BL60-A (flat base) or BL60-C (angled base), these holders allow precise and flexible placement of optical elements at various angles relative to the incoming beam, making them ideal for modular fluorescence or beam-splitting applications.

LB60-A / LB60-C Mounting Platforms for 60 mm Cage Cubes

• Designed to mount on the top or bottom of CSL60-M2 60 mm cage cubes, enabling precise rotational positioning of mounted components.
• LB60-A features 17 × M4 tapped holes, and LB60-C includes 8 × M4 tapped holes for flexible mounting of optical holders.
• LB60-C also includes three precision adjusters for tip, tilt, and Z-axis translation, providing fine alignment in all three directions.
• Suitable for mounting beamsplitter cubes, prisms, dichroic mirrors, or other square/round optical elements.
• M4 tapped hole on the bottom side allows mounting to Ø12 mm stainless steel posts for free-space configuration.

These platforms are precisely machined to fit directly onto the top or bottom of 60 mm cage cubes. They include open slots and mounting holes that align with the M4 threads of the cube for secure installation. Compatible with LFM-A holders, PRK3-A30 arms, and similar optical accessories, these platforms are ideal for building modular beam-manipulation setups.

CSJ-T2 SM2 Threaded Cover Plate for 60 mm Cage Cubes

• Compatible with CSL60-M2 60 mm cage cube; allows SM2-threaded components to be mounted on the top or bottom face.
• Can be paired with SM-thread adapters to convert SM2 to SM1 threading.
• Works with CSL-P2 cage dust covers to create a light-tight optical environment.

The CSJ-T2 is an SM2-threaded end plate designed for use with the CSL60-M2 60 mm cage cube. It allows direct integration of SM2 lens tubes or accessories onto the top or bottom of the cube. The plate is secured using four M4 cap screws through countersunk holes, ensuring mechanical rigidity. When used in combination with the CSL-P2 light-blocking cover, this configuration enables shielded internal setups ideal for fluorescence, imaging, or laser-sensitive systems.

 

CSL60-M2 Cage Cube for 60 mm Cage Systems

• Four internal ports with standard SM2 (2.035"-40) threading.
• Threaded ports allow integration with SM2 lens tubes and internal mounting of optics such as beamsplitters.
• Two opposing faces have Ø6.02 mm through-holes for pass-through cage rods.
• Four faces are equipped with 4-40 UNC threaded holes for attaching Ø6 mm cage rods in various directions.
• Fully compatible with 60 mm cage system components.

The CSL60-M2 is a modular 60 mm cage cube designed for building both 2D and 3D optical assemblies. It acts as a mechanical and optical junction point where beamsplitters, filters, and other optics can be mounted inside the cube. Two opposing sides feature Ø6.02 mm through-holes, allowing partial assemblies or optical elements to translate linearly within the cage. The remaining faces are pre-tapped with 4-40 threads for perpendicular cage rod attachment. Each SM2-threaded port supports direct connection to Ø2" lens tubes or other threaded accessories. Unused ports can be closed off using threaded caps for light-tight operation.
