The press rod and clamp arm assembly is designed to secure optical components onto platform-style mounts or V-groove holders. A 2 mm nylon-tipped setscrew applies pressure on the component, while a 2.5 mm ball-end hex key (or standard hex wrench) is used to actuate the flexure clamp. Each rod includes a pass-through hole for applying extra torque when tightening into a base.
