KCD2L Series 45° Adjustable Right-Angle Mount (for Ø2" Optics, 60 mm Cage System Compatible)
• Compatible with Ø2" (Ø50.8 mm) optical components mounted at a 45° angle relative to the optical axis. • Provides ±4° of tip and tilt angular adjustment. • Supports integration with 60 mm cage systems and SM2 (2.035"-40) lens tubes. • Available with either 4-40 threaded holes or Ø6 mm through-holes for cage rod mounting. • Side-mounted M4/M6 threaded holes allow mounting to Ø12 mm or Ø1" stainless steel posts. • KCD2L-M1A and KCD2L-M2 versions include lock screws for securing angular adjustments.
The KCD2L series is designed for securely mounting Ø2" optics at 45° within a cage system, while allowing fine adjustment in both pitch and yaw (±4°). The mount is ideal for beamsplitters, dichroic mirrors, and similar square or round optics. It can be used in beam steering or fluorescence setups requiring high angular precision. The internal plate accepts optics with a minimum thickness of 4 mm, and the cage connection interface offers both 4-40 and Ø6 mm options for full system compatibility. Locking variants include additional set screws to prevent unwanted drift after alignment.
