RK100 Series Precision Indexing Rotation Mount (SM1-Compatible)
• 360° continuous rotation with 1° indexing increments • SM1 (1.035"-40) internal thread, compatible with Ø1" polarizing optics • Hole spacing: 50 mm, compatible with most translation stages and optical tables • Bottom M4 threaded hole for post mounting in free-space setups
The RK100 series indexing stage features a fully enclosed ball-bearing ring for smooth, precise rotation. Rotation is achieved via a knurled edge or manual knob, and a laser-etched alignment mark is provided for accurate visual referencing. The index dial is engraved in 1° increments, with numeric markers every 10°, allowing for high-precision angular positioning and repeatability.
• 360° continuous rotation mount with locking mechanism • Accepts Ø1 inch optics, up to 11.5 mm thick • 360° scale dial, main divisions at 2°, with 1° zero-reference line • Integrated 5 arcmin vernier scale on the base plate for fine angle tuning • Locking screw to fix rotation angle
The SM-RP1 mount features a knurled-edge rotating scale dial for smooth 360° motion, with fine laser-engraved angular marks every 2°. A zero-reference line at the outer edge of the SM1 thread provides 1° divisions for precise alignment. The base includes a vernier scale with 5 arcmin resolution, allowing highly repeatable positioning and micro-adjustments. Ideal for high-precision angular alignment of mounted optics.
