CSB05 Series Ø1/2" Lens Tubes – Flangeless, SM05 Internal Thread
• Flangeless Design for Bi-Directional Access
The CSB05 series features a smooth, unflanged cylindrical body without external threading. This allows optics to be loaded or removed from either end of the tube, providing flexible access during assembly or alignment.
• Compatible with Ø1/2" (12.7 mm) Optics
Each tube includes two CSK05 retaining rings to securely hold optics in place. The SM05 (0.535"-40) internal threading supports mounting of Ø1/2 inch optical components.
• Connects to SM05 External Threaded Components
Both ends feature internal SM05 threading, allowing the CSB05 tubes to interface with any SM05 externally threaded components (e.g., adapters, mounts, couplers).
• Compatible with 16 mm Cage Systems
With a tube body diameter of Ø17.8 mm, the CSB05 series is fully compatible with 16 mm cage systems for compact, modular optical setups.

CSA05-V Series Visual Access Lens Tubes – SM05 Compatible
• Easy Optical Element Access Without Disassembly
The CSA05-V series features a side-slot opening that allows direct manual adjustment of mounted optics from the outside. There's no need to use a retaining ring spanner or disassemble the system, making alignment and tuning more efficient.
• Sliding Cover Protects Optical Components
A rotatable sliding cover can be opened or closed over the side window. This mechanism protects sensitive optical surfaces from dust or accidental touch when not in use.
• Dual-Threaded – SM05 (0.535”-40) Internal & External Threads
Supports stacking with other SM05 threaded components and secure mounting of Ø1/2 inch (12.7 mm) optics.
• Compatible with 16 mm Cage Systems
The tube body diameter is optimized for integration with 16 mm cage systems for compact optical setups.

• Stackable External Thread Design for Multi-Element Optical Systems
CSA05 series lens tubes feature an SM05 (0.535”-40) internal and external thread, allowing multiple units to be directly connected to build compact and modular optical systems.
• SM05 Thread – Compatible with Ø1/2" (Ø12.7 mm) Optics
Designed to securely mount standard 1/2" optics. Each lens tube includes one CSK05 retaining ring for positioning and securing the optical element inside the tube.
• Optional Locking Accessory Plates for Stable Mounting
These lens tubes can be securely locked in cage systems or optical setups using compatible mounting plates or retaining rings (optional).
• Vertical Height Adjustability
Can be used with compatible posts or adjustable mounts for achieving desired vertical positioning. Maximum adjustment travel: 23.8 mm.
